A government employee has been trying to sell his bungalow for too long. But his efforts have gone in vain. When he sees potential buyer in Chhaganbhai, he makes a plan. He wants Chhaganbhai to believe that bungalow is occupied and taken care of. He asks his unmarried servant and a model to play happily married couple living in the bungalow. The attempts made by this couple, during Chagganbhai’s visit, to make him buy this house lead to utter chaos and hilarious situations.
